LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to section 737.32 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that bicycles and other unclaimed property in the custody of the Willard Police Department shall be available to the public for the purpose of making identification by the rightful owner(s) no later than June 13, 2008. Claimant must present the make and serial number or provide other information that will make a positive identification before viewing these items. Bicycles and other unclaimed property acquired before March 21, 2008, by the Willard Police Department will be sold at public auction pursuant to section 732.32 of the Ohio Revised Code on June 21, 2008. This sale will take place at 2 S. Myrtle Avenue, at 10:00 a.m.
