In November of 2014, City of Willard voters authorized by majority vote the creations of an Electric Aggregation Program to seek lower electricity rates for eligible residential and business customers. The City of Willard selected Constellation Energy Services, Inc. to supply electricity to the program. If you are a resident or small business owner you were automatically enrolled unless you opted out by May 15, 2015.
If you are having issues with your budget or this in general, please call Constellation Energy Services at (855) 384-9737. The City of Willard has negotiated a competitive price of $0.0709/kWh and you should see that from your first meter read in June of 2015 through June of 2018.
